Welcome to TaskLinkD. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaskLinkD website and services (the "Service"). By using TaskLinkD, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TaskLinkD. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. The marketplace

TaskLinkD is a platform that connects posters and helpers. We do not perform tasks ourselves and are not a party to agreements between users. You are solely responsible for evaluating other users, agreeing on scope, price, and safety, and completing tasks lawfully.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (task descriptions, messages, images). By posting, you grant TaskLinkD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • No illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or dangerous activity.
  • No tasks that require unlicensed regulated work (e.g. certain electrical, medical, or legal services).
  • No spam, scraping, or automated abuse of the Service.
  • No circumventing payment, safety, or verification features.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Fees, if any, will be shown clearly before you commit. You are responsible for any taxes on income earned via the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TASKLINKD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF TASKS OR USERS.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskLinkD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
